I’ve been doing my feeling-healing for years now. It’s been the hardest thing I’ve done. It’s completely changed my life taking me into areas of myself I had no idea existed. It’s also tested me to the core of my being.
We are all actually living in a very bad state of mind, that being centred around and shown by our persistent bad feeling denial. It’s very harmful to deny any part of oneself, let alone such a huge amount of ones feelings.
I have floating around in the back of my mind: that you can HEAL EVERYTHING WITHIN YOU THAT’S WRONG; ALL ILLNESS, ALL PAIN; AND ON ALL LEVELS: PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY, MENTALLY, SPIRITUALLY AND PSYCHICALLY, and all through your bad feeling acceptance and expression to uncover the truth of their causes.
However I can’t prove or guarantee I am right about this, it’s only a feeling. And as most healing only takes place on a shallow and superficial level naturally between friends, as in getting something off your chest; and a little deeper with good professional therapeutic help, such as healing some of your traumas; to dedicate your life to fully acknowledging, accepting and expressing your feelings to uncover the truth of them, is something that’s new, and to my knowledge something that no one has as yet done.
